The revised Alcohol Act introduces a completely new legal qualification: the delivery passport. According to the law, this passport can only be issued by educational institutions approved by the authorities. Since the application for a delivery permit begins in November 2026 and home deliveries start in January 2027, thousands of operators in the transport, retail and restaurant sectors need to take the official test very quickly.
